Tomorrow: Semaphore foreshore, mini steam train, merry go round, playground, mini ferris wheel. All the delights for teens & kidlets, including hot chips by beach & icecream on jetty. Bonus, wheelchair (me) vs kids (running)!

Gina always has amazing insights into the industry – I highly recommend the podcast she is in called This Week In Google (TWiG – not just Google, but cloud computing in general).

As an Open Source advocate, and well known developer in FLOSS platforms, and Android phone lover, this is a really good example of how she gets this industry, and can see many sides.

Apple Posts WWDC Keynote Full Video Online that we might worhip afresh. Well, gasp at every hyperbolic detail (magic, best ever kind of thing). The annoying thing is, they are right about iPhone 4. Gorgeous beasty, but 3Gs is where I am staying (of course with iPhone 4.0 software upgrade looming, nice), and shiny iPad (software upgrade delayed for several months, oh bother – but still loving what it is!).

Skip a generation is my thing with Apple tech.

The speculation begins The iPhone version 4 is out, we need  new series of Apple rumours to sustain us, we feed off them. Give us a conspiracy, a theory – anything!!! The iPhone 4 is a day old, iPad is two whole months – we are well overdue to start debating next versions of both I say!
