whenever I type a command to open some application which is not installed in my Ubuntu system, the repositories are automatically scanned and, if there is an application with the given name, it will be suggested for installation. Ubuntu just gets better!

So, you get your mail fix via Gmail these days. The only problem is getting to all those old message that are stuck in your old email client. One way to get yr old mail into your Gmail account is to use Gmail Loader.
